Purpose and information accessed

lgwhelper helps activate confirmation buttons using the Enter key outside editable fields, or for up to three seconds after a booking, reservation, or application button is clicked. It reads button and modal text, attributes, visibility and page structure, and handles click and keyboard events on permitted HTTP/HTTPS pages and frames. Site access is controlled through Chrome.

lgwhelper2(in) watches a button selected by the user on the current tab and clicks it once when it becomes enabled. It uses activeTab and scripting permissions after user interaction, without requesting permanent access to all websites. It processes button text, attributes, visibility and nearby page structure in the top-level document. During selection, mouse position, clicks and cancellation keyboard events are used only to select or cancel a target. If a button is replaced, nearby page structure is used to find a replacement. iframe and Shadow DOM contents are not supported.

Local processing and retention

Both extensions process this information temporarily inside the user's browser. They do not store user data in a database, file or browser storage. They do not include features for collecting passwords, form input, cookies or browsing history.

lgwhelper may print execution status, button text and element references to the browser developer console. These diagnostics are not sent to the developer; their retention depends on browser and developer-tool settings. lgwhelper2(in) keeps its target and monitoring state in page memory and resets them when the page is reloaded or closed. Its current version does not separately log this information to the developer console.

External transmission and third parties

The extensions themselves do not transmit user data or page content to the developer, advertising services or analytics services. The developer does not receive, sell or share this data. Neither extension includes advertising or analytics tools. Clicking a button can trigger the website's normal actions, including reservations, submissions or network requests. That website's privacy policy applies to its subsequent processing.

User data is used only for the button-assistance functions described here, not for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending. Both extensions comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Your controls

You can limit site access, disable or uninstall either extension through Chrome. In lgwhelper2(in), Stop ends monitoring, Clear selection removes the selected target, and Esc cancels selection mode. Reloading or closing the page ends monitoring. There is no extension-user data stored on a developer server.
